Back Alley Nails is a locally owned nail salon in St. Petersburg striving to change the standard of the “normal” nail salon experience.

COMMISSION GANG:

  • Competitive Commission Rate + 100% of your tips (none of that tip withholding bullsh*t)

    • Make up to, if not more than $1,100 weekly!

WHAT ARE WE LOOKIN’ FOR?

  • High School Diploma/GED

  • Current and relevant license

  • 1+ Year Experience in Nail Industry Preferred

    • We are more than happy to train you, but we’re looking for that it factor. Do you have it?

    • We have a structured apprentice program available!

      • Part Time/Full Time Flexibility

      • PAID Apprenticeship — none of that “work for experience and exposure” bullsh*t.

  • Soft and Hard Gel Experience Preferred

  • Friendly, Upbeat Demeanor — aka, don’t be a stale piece of bread or an assh*le.

  • Reliable Transportation — hell, just be reliable

  • Passion for nail techniques, artistry, and the industry

  • Detail Oriented and Patient
